This session is designed for individuals that have little to no experience with the Ecolane DRT product or have changed roles since the time your agency completed Ecolane training. Attendees will learn processes related to reservations, reporting, scheduling, and dispatch. Perfect for new employees or employees with new roles or perspectives.
Cost: No charge
Equipment: Attendees must bring a laptop that has Google Earth installed and can connect to Wi-Fi. PennTRAIN has a limited number of laptops that can be loaned to attendees, though we ask that you provide your own if possible. Loaner laptops will be allocated upon registration on a first-come, first-served basis.
Lodging: PennTRAIN has secured a block of rooms at the Hotel Indigo Harrisburg (765 Eisenhower Blvd, Harrisburg, PA 17111) for the nights of May 13 and 14 at the discounted rate of $110/night plus taxes and fees. Call 717-558-7676 to book over the phone (mention group code PTA). The block will be released on May 8 or when full. Note that rooms cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival will incur a 1-night charge.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and breaks will be provided. Please inform Sara Bowden at sara@ppta.net of any dietary restrictions at least one week in advance.
Attire: Casual. Because it can be a challenge to keep the meeting room at a temperature that accommodates everyone, we recommend bringing a sweater or jacket to stay comfortable.
