Pennsylvania transit providers are getting more and more complaints from employees and customers on ADA issues including ‘reasonable accommodation.’ To protect your organization, PPTA's ADA Toolkit has undergone major revisions in recent months. During this course, PPTA's legal counsel Jill Nagy will guide attendees through the updated toolkit, provide examples, and answer questions about how this tool can be utilized at your transit agency. The target audience for this training is policy writers and managers. It will be policy and process driven, with a focus on accommodations for passengers rather than employees.

Presented by: Jill Nagy, Summers Nagy Law Offices
