PPTA's 2020 Spring Conference & Expo will be held April 21-24, 2020 at the Lancaster Marriott in downtown Lancaster, PA.

The EXPO will begin on Wednesday, April 22 with an opening reception that evening. It will be open during breakfast, a mid-morning break, and lunch on Thursday, April 23 and will conclude following lunch.

Pricing:

Tabletop Exhibit Booth (provides access to all conference events Wednesday-Friday)

Members: $800
Non-Members: $1400

Vehicle Exhibit Booth (provides access to all conference events Wednesday-Friday)

Members: $1100
Non-Members: $1700

Xtra booth representatives

$325 - provides access only to EXPO events as well as Thursday's Pride of PA Reception
$395 - provides access to all conference events Wednesday-Friday (current PPTA members only)

Booth and vehicle locations within the EXPO will be assigned by PPTA staff. Specific requests cannot be guaranteed, but may be considered as possible. Contact Sara Bowden at sara@ppta.net with questions or requests.

Exhibitor Packet

Tabletop booths include a 6' table with a tablecloth and chair in a 8' x 10' booth space. The exhibit hall is fully carpeted.
