Adjusting to the evolving needs of PA Transit during the COVID-19 crisis, this course, previously scheduled as one full-day class, will be provided as series of four 90-minute virtual trainings over two days. Participants will be able to interact with the presenter & ask questions as they would in an in-person environment.

While these webinar-based training sessions won't allow for the typical level of comprehensive coverage of all topics, they will concentrate on main topics of compliance/concern as well as hot-topic areas. Additionally, new information will be covered, including:

  • Drug & Alcohol COVID-19 FAQ's on recent guidance from FTA in light of COVID-19 circumstances
  • Walkthrough a typical year of DAPM duties: Typical timeline of a DAPM monthly tasks, such as New Year DAPM housekeeping, quarterly draw process, testing requirements (new hires, random, post-accident, Return to duty), CCF forms - documenting and management; monitoring site credentials/SAP referrals, etc.

Presented by: Sean Oswald, Senior Associate for RLS & Associates Inc.

Cost: No charge. PennTRAIN has worked with PennDOT to waive registration fees for PennTRAIN courses through June 30, 2020.

Internet Access Required. This course will be presented via Zoom, and attendees must have an internet connection in order to participate. Webcam use is encouraged but not required. Links to join each session will be provided in advance via email.
