This course, Using Outlook to Increase Productivity, consists of two, two-hour sessions and is provided via Zoom.

Audience: Anyone desiring to learn and understand Outlook to improve productivity within their job and life.
Description: During these two productivity sessions, you will learn how to improve your email management skills, including organizing and following-up on emails, and efficiently searching for email; schedule appointments and meetings; manage contact information; utilize tasks and create notes. The course will also cover how these tools integrate with each other in Outlook.
Note: If you exclusively use Google Mail, please contact Kristen at PennTrain@ppta.net. If we have enough interest, we will consider adding a Using Gmail class.

If a registered person is not able to participate, they must inform PennTRAIN by emailing sara@ppta.net with as much notice as possible so that their seat may be made available to other interested parties.
Internet Access Required. This course will be presented via Zoom, and attendees must have an internet connection in order to participate. Because this course will include multiple videos, we recommend reviewing Zoom's system requirements in advance to be sure your internet connection will support the video feeds without issue.
