PPTA's 2021 Spring into Fall Conference & Expo will be held September 14-15, 2021 at the Lancaster Marriott in downtown Lancaster, PA.
The EXPO will begin on Tuesday, September 14th with an opening reception that evening. It will be open during breakfast, a mid-morning break, and lunch on Wednesday, September 15th and will conclude following lunch.
In line with the spirit and practices related to the federal mask mandate for our customers and employees, our conference will have a mandatory mask policy in place at all conference sessions, events, and activities.

On-site registration will not be available. Advance registration will close on Friday, September 3.
All exhibit space must be paid in advance. Space will be released if payment is not received by Monday, September 6th.

Tabletop booths include a 6' table with a tablecloth and chair in a 8' x 10' booth space. The exhibit hall is fully carpeted.
Guests must be registered for the conference in order to book a room in the PPTA block at the Lancaster Marriott. Room in the PPTA block are available at a discounted rate of $168 per night, plus taxes and fees ($186.48 total per night plus $10/night for parking). Like in past years, PPTA will manage your room reservation on your behalf, and room reservations cannot be made directly through the hotel. The easiest way to make your room reservation is to provide these details when registering for the conference. If you need to make or change a reservation after registering, simply email Sara Bowden at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive emailed confirmation of your hotel reservation, including a confirmation number, after August 20. Please note that credit card information must be provided to secure the reservation, but if needed, guests are permitted to pay by check upon arrival at the hotel.
We strongly recommend registering for the conference and providing your room reservation details before 5 PM on Friday, August 20. PPTA's block may sell out before that date, and we cannot guarantee that the discounted rate will be available after the deadline.
Conference Registration Tips:
To register for the conference at the reduced member rates, PPTA members must be logged in. If this is your first time logging in to PPTA's Wild Apricot system, you will need to set up your password.
You are able to register other employees from your organization to attend the conference without needing their username and password. Simply enter their email address and personal information in the registration form. This will allow you to access discounted member rates based on their membership status, and will link the registration to their PPTA profile. It is important that you use their email address, as this is what links the registration and makes the discounted member rates available. If you are logged into your profile when registering another person, the invoice for their registration fees will be linked to your profile. If you are not logged in, the invoice will be linked to the registrant’s profile, and subsequent invoices will be linked to that first registrant's profile as well.
If your organization is a current PPTA member, but you aren't able to select a discounted member rate when registering an employee, it’s likely that individual isn’t currently listed in the system.
