Serving with Empathy

Virtual Class

August 18, 2021, 10:00 - 11:30 AM

For more than a year we have experienced varying levels of fear, isolation and anxiety that has lead to depression, lower energy, drug/alcohol use and stress. Now that Pennsylvania has re-opened, how is the riding public adjusting? What about co-workers, those who were on the frontlines the entire time verses those who worked from home?  This session will provide research, common sense and peer-exchange to explore ideas for how we can provide empathetic service, to our external and internal customers, that will allow for a graceful re-entry to life and a re-birth of our communities.

Instructor:      Kristen Joyner, KJ Backpack LLC

Target Audience:  Transit Managers, Supervisors, Trainers, Administrative Staff and Frontline Employees.

We hope you’ll join us Aug 26, 2021!
