Here's what you need to know before you go (as of October 10, 2021).

  1. Masks and Social Distancing will be expected and enforced.
  2. Speakers will be unmasked and properly socially distanced while training. 
  3. PennTRAIN requires this waiver to attend any in-person class. Please complete this form in advance and email to Kristen, as part of your registration. 

This course will provide technical knowledge, skills, and methods to conduct an objective on scene accident investigation; an objective method to conduct a post-accident determination of preventability; and teach participants to use accumulated investigation data to improve training and operations and reduce accidents.

Cost: $149. PPTA cancellation policy applies.

Parking: Parking is $10 per day for those staying overnight with unlimited in/out. For those not staying at the host hotel, parking is $5 per day with only one in/out.

Meals: Lunch and breaks will be provided during the training. Please inform Kristen Joyner, PennTrain@ppta.net of any dietary restrictions at least one week in advance.

Attire: Casual. Because it can be a challenge to keep the meeting room at a temperature that accommodates everyone, we recommend bringing a sweater or jacket to stay comfortable.
