It’s time to take a look at your service animal policy. This interactive session will include a brief overview of ADA requirements for public transportation and a look at what federal law requires for service animals and why. Participants will learn of many different tasks performed by service animals and gain confidence in identifying service animals. Participants will also learn promising practices from their peers.

Training provided by: Crystal Fortune Lyons, President/CEO at Crystal Fortune Lyons, LLC

Crystal Lyons is a seasoned community leader with both non-profit and public agency experience in transportation, disability and public policy sectors. She specializes in advocacy development and education; community relations; organization building/ mentoring; project coordination and teamwork; and public policy/legislative relations.

Audience: Anyone involved in providing public transportation service.

NOTE: While this is a virtual class, if you register, you will be expected to attend. No shows will be charged a fee of $289. Only sign up if you will attend.

Because this course will include multiple videos, we recommend reviewing Zoom's system requirements in advance to be sure your internet connection will support the video feeds without issue.
