Virtual Training - Ecolane Evolution for Reservations/CSR Specialists Tuesday, February 15, 2022 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.
Reservations is the focus of this particular session. If you are responsible for taking reservations and/or are a customer service representative, this Ecolane training is for you
This virtual training will cover how to create, view, modify and cancel, clients, funding/eligibility, trips, and subscriptions. This will also cover best practices for a CSR on adding notes/comments and handling Where’s My Ride request in Ecolane Evolution platform.
Cost: No charge.
