Virtual Training - Ecolane Evolution for Dispatchers Tuesday, June 21, 2022 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.
Dispatching is the focus of this particular session. If you are in Dispatch, this Ecolane training is for you.
Proactive monitoring for day of service schedules and performance using Ecolane Evolution. This virtual training will cover the Dispatcher To Do list updated to reflect changes inside Ecolane Evolution. This will cover Runs, Schedules, Trips, Locations, Alerts and monitoring driver performance while providing the best practices for proactively dispatching throughout the day of service. This course will spend significant time covering how best to review Runs on the map, Validate and correct for bad Geocodes as well as adjusting Geocodes in Evolution and even how best to manage duplicate and inactive Locations.
Cost: No charge.
Attendance Limit: To best facilitate audience participation, this course is capped at 70 participants. If this limit is reached, we encourage you to join the waitlist or contact penntrain@ppta.net, as additional sessions may be scheduled if there is sufficient interest.
