PA Product Showcase 

Every other year, PPTA alternates its full Expo with a Table Top Vendor Networking Event. This year's tabletop is known as out PA Products Showcase. Vehicles and other large items are not able to fit in the tabletop area for 2023. The price of the registration reflects the smaller working area. This setup provides a concentrated opportunity to network and interact with PA transit agencies on the first afternoon of the conference. PPTA business members and industry reps are encouraged to register for the conference in addition to the tabletop, which is reflected in our package pricing opportunities. 

2023 Registration Timeline

• March 15, 2023: Registration information disbursed
• May 5, 2023: Earlybird registration closes
• May 25, 2023: Registration closes

All Earlybird registrants will receive a special promotional gift from PPTA

HOTEL

The headquarters hotel will again be the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square. A code will be provided by PPTA to conference registrants upon registration to access rooms in the discounted PPTA block. Rooms at the Marriott will not be available outside of PPTA's block for the evenings of June 4-6, 2023.

MEALS

Reminder as your staff prepare travel forms, per diem requests, etc.: Breakfast and lunch are provided Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday morning breakfast will be included as well. Quick way to remember: If there is a conference event scheduled over a mealtime, we provide a meal. 

That said, please remember the evenings are being left open, by design, for networking opportunities with PPTA business members, vendors and transit agencies from across the Commonwealth to maximize transit agency and vendor interaction.

PARKING

Parking is available in the adjacent public parking garage. Discounted daily parking rates will be available by picking up a card at registration, or upon hotel check in.
