Ecolane Evolution for Dispatchers - Virtual Training Tuesday, September 14, 2023

This course will cover how to proactively monitor activities for DAY OF SERVICE Schedules and overall performance in the Evolution platform. It will follow the flow of the Dispatcher Checklist as updated to reflect the changes in Evolution. The training will cover RUNS, Schedules, Trips, Locations, Alerts, and monitoring Driver Performance while providing the best practices for proactive and reactive dispatching. It will spend significant time reviewing Schedules on the Map, correcting bad Geocodes in Evolution, and even how to manage Duplicate or unneeded Locations.
While this course is geared towards existing and more experienced Dispatch Users, it offers a wide variety of topics that even the newest Ecolane users can take advantage of. Further, it is 100% geared towards the Evolution Platform and can be a great launching point for anyone interested in moving over to the new Ecolane Evolution Platform.
