Jill Nagy will cover how to function in the face of disaster, including major incidents, cyberattacks, and various other business disruptions. The class also provides a comprehensive review of policies and procedures transit agencies should have in place, along with various tips and lessons learned. The content of this course is appropriate for any/all departments within transit agencies.

Parking: Overnight self-parking in the Hilton's attached garage is available for an additional $15 per day, per vehicle. Day parking is $7 for up to 10 hours. Guests staying the night will have their parking added to their room reservation and they’ll receive a ticket from the front desk when checking in. Day guests can get their tickets validated at the gift shop or the front desk (gift shop is highly recommend as it’s usually not as busy as the front desk).
Attire: Casual. Because it can be a challenge to keep the meeting room at a temperature that accommodates everyone, we recommend bringing a sweater or jacket to stay comfortable.
