Our Frontline Supervisors face issues daily from customers and employees on harassment, managing difficult employees, and various compliance issues that hit front line supervisors. This training will help prepare them to handle these challenges while protecting your organization from lawsuits and EEOC complaints.

Lodging: Rooms are available at the Hilton Harrisburg for a discounted rate of $179 per night plus taxes and fees.
Overnight self-parking in the Hilton's attached garage is available for an additional $15 per day, per vehicle. Day parking is $7 for up to 10 hours. Guests staying the night will have their parking added to their room reservation and they’ll receive a ticket from the front desk when checking in. Day guests can get their tickets validated at the gift shop or the front desk (gift shop is highly recommend as it’s usually not as busy as the front desk).
Check in is 4pm and checkout is 11am. Early check-in/late check-out is a request, though not guaranteed. Please call the front desk or call reservations to see the availability and options. Additional fees may apply.
