Burnout has become a common concern because it can affect anyone, from professionals striving for career success to caregivers balancing multiple responsibilities. This workshop is designed to provide participants with a deep understanding of burnout, its causes, symptoms, and, most importantly, practical strategies to combat it. Through interactive discussions and expert guidance, attendees will learn how to identify burnout, manage stress and anxiety, and foster well-being in both their personal and professional lives.
