In this workshop, we'll discuss the science behind sleep and illuminate its far-reaching effects on our mental, emotional, and physical health. Through engaging discussions and practical insights, we'll unravel why sleep matters more than we might realize.

  1. Why are we talking about sleep?
  2. What does "good" sleep look like? Sleep science, patterns, sleep hygiene
  3. How does it connect to the whole person? Stress, nutrition, physical health
  4. How can we get better sleep for better health? Sleep plan of action
