Preventative Maintenance Training – “Best Practices & Troubleshooting Tips for Maintaining a Healthy ITS Fleet”
· This two-day course will encompass reviewing the myAvail in-vehicle equipment and the interfaces that occur in its entirety. We will then be taking this foundation and troubleshooting each piece of equipment while reinforcing best practices by using the Avail Maintenance Test Station.
· There will also be an open forum discussing the RMA and preventative maintenance processes to ensure your maintenance staff understands how to keep your Avail ITS vehicle hardware in a good state of repair.

Day 1 (Refresher)
- 10:00 AM Meet and Greet
- 10:15 AM Understanding the In-Vehicle System (Day 1)

- Understand each component’s role and interfaces within the ITS system
- Use the Avail Maintenance Test Station to illustrate system’s interfaces
