Ask Me Anything: The Transit Communications Version

After more than 25 years in transit communication, including more than two decades on the front lines as chief spokesperson and Vice President, External Relations, for Dallas Area Rapid Transit (Dallas, TX), Morgan Lyons has seen a lot and done a lot. He is a past board member of APTA and chair of the Marketing and Communications Committee. He developed and is teaching the National Transit Institute course Crisis Communication for Transit Managers. This is an opportunity for transit communicators – particularly those new to the industry and public relations/communications/marketing – to prepare and pose their questions in a small group discussion on their most pressing challenges.
