VENUE & LODGING

The 2025 PPTA Roadeo & Summer Meeting will be hosted at the Erie Bayfront Convention Center, located on the scenic waterfront in Erie, PA.

A block of rooms has been secured at a special rate of $174/night at the following hotels – both directly connected to the Convention Center for easy access:

CONTESTANT ELIGABILITY

1. At a minimum, participants should be a full- or part-time operator for not less than one (1) year and cannot have had a preventable accident within the calendar year prior to the Roadeo.
2. In addition, contestants should generally have a good attendance record and cannot have been subject to punitive action during the prior calendar year.
3. Each PPTA entity is responsible for ensuring that their participants meet these qualifications.
4. Each PPTA entity is permitted to enter three (3) operators in each classification - Bus and Paratransit.
5. For PPTA members who sub-contract services, those subcontractors shall be allowed to enter operators, however, the sub-contractors' entrants shall be included in the members' limit of three (3) participants per category.
