Avail's ETMS contains over 30 Business Intelligence reports that examine your agency's data in a variety of ways. During this one-day training session, gain experience in utilizing these reports, their filters and functionalities, and develop a key understanding of which reports are important for reviewing your daily operations and regulatory reporting. Please come with questions as there will be opportunities for open forums.
