Session Description: 

This one-day, interactive session will walk through key functions within myAvail Dispatch and ETMS, providing dispatchers, operations managers and supervisors, and bus operator managers and supervisors with the tools and processes to optimize bus operator logon, pre-trips, morning pullout, full revenue service, and disruption management (decision support, incidents, detour etc). We will also be reviewing the reports that can be examined for these processes.  

Learning Objectives:

  • Explore reporting tools available to monitor and evaluate operational processes

  • Practice running and reviewing operational reports tied to daily service delivery

  • Identify decision-support tools available within Dispatch and ETMS for incident and detour management.
