Fall Conference Registration: On-site registration will NOT be available.

• $275 - Active PPTA Member Early Bird (ends October 18, 2023)
• $375 - Active PPTA Member Standard Registration
• $425 - Non-Member

NOTE: Dues must be current to receive the PPTA member rate.

• Monday, September 18 - Registration opens with early bird registration available for PPTA members.
• Wednesday, October 18 - Early bird registration ends. Standard registration applies after this date.
• Tuesday, November 7- PPTA room block at Harrisburg Hilton will be closed. 
• Wednesday, November 1 - Substitutions made after this date for the Fall 2023 Conference will incur a $50 fee that must be paid in advance of the substitution being made.
• BEFORE NOVEMBER 14 - PPTA's updated cancellation policy allows refunds (with $100 fee) for cancellations more than 14 days out, and substitutions more than 7 days out (with a $50 fee if it's after November 1).
• Saturday, November 18 - Deadline for registration. On-site registration will NOT be available.
• AFTER November 18 - Any changes after this date will incur a $150 add-on charge.
• Tuesday, November 28 to Thursday, November 30 - PPTA 2023 Fall Conference in Harrisburg
  
• April 10-12, 2024 - PPTA 2024 Spring Conference 

REMINDER!
UPDATES TO PPTA POLICY FOR CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:

• ANY cancellations for the Fall 2023 Conference incur a $100 fee. 
• PPTA's updated cancellation policy allows refunds (with $100 fee) for cancellations more than 14 days out, and substitutions more than 7 days out.
• Substitutions made after November 1 for the Fall 2023 Conference will incur a $50 fee that must be paid in advance of the substitution being made.
• Individuals who register, don't pay prior to the meeting, and then cancel less than 10 days out or no show will be invoiced a $100 fee and will be ineligible to register for future trainings, meetings, or conferences until this balance is settled.

Room Reservations at the Harrisburg Hilton

Rooms are available on the nights of November 28 & 29 at a discounted rate of $121 per night.

Overnight self-parking in the Hilton's attached garage is available for an additional $15 per day, per vehicle. Day parking is $7 for up to 10 hours. Guests staying the night will have their parking added to their room reservation and they’ll receive a ticket from the front desk when checking in. Day guests can get their tickets validated at the gift shop or the front desk (gift shop is highly recommend as it’s usually not as busy as the front desk).

Check in is 4pm and checkout is 11am. Early check-in/late check-out is a request, though not guaranteed. Please call the front desk or call reservations to see the availability and options. Additional fees may apply.
